He did an in-depth market analysis that was right on the mark and was right there every step of the way during both the sale of our house AND the purchase of the new house. We sold the old house at our asking price before the sign ever went up the day it went on the market -- no contingencies; I cannot help but believe that Robert's suggestions were instrumental in that happening. When we went looking for a new place, he showed his concern every step of the way, making us aware of things we never would have thought about – like high tension wires nearby and locating only properties that were true possibilities for us to consider. Not going on "wild goose chases" was especially helpful since we had a narrow window of time in which to find something. As our choice of locations was limited, he went over and above the call of duty making sure we saw only things that would meet our needs. He spent countless hours with us, including helping us figure out what our monthly costs would be, as we narrowed our choices, and was present at closing to help us through that process as well. His professionalism and thoroughness are impeccable and commendable. In this era, when customer service seems to be lacking, Robert efforts on our behalf -both before the sale of the old house and following up after moving into the new house made us feel like we really mattered and he was looking out for our best interests though the whole process. she had used him through two house moves; I now understand why
she was so pleased and praised him so highly. He is truly a professional
and made the entire process virtually painless. I have no hesitation
